Al Mirage Developments has officially broken ground on its Hilton Tower and Hilton Hotel projects in Egypt’s New Capital, marking a significant milestone in its partnership with global hospitality leader Hilton Worldwide, Invest-Gate reports.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Mohamed Selim, Chairman of Selim Holding Group and Member of Parliament, and Mr. Alessandro Redaelli, Vice President at Hilton Worldwide, alongside project partners, journalists, and media representatives.
Dr. Selim emphasized that the project reflects the company’s vision to contribute to Egypt’s ambition of creating a world-class capital. Partnering with Hilton, he noted, enhances the project’s value and ensures international standards in design, service, and operation.
Construction work began just two months after the official launch, demonstrating Al Mirage’s commitment to timely delivery. Strategically located on North Ben Zayed Axis, the project overlooks the Green River and sits minutes away from the New Capital Airport, Ministries District, Financial District, Grand Mosque, and Gold Market.
The mixed-use development includes two hotels managed by Hilton—Hilton Tower and Hilton Downtown—along with commercial, administrative, and hospitality units. It features retail floors, office spaces, 250 hotel rooms, 30 serviced apartments, and sky villas. Amenities will include meeting rooms, a spa, fitness center, outdoor pools, and premium office units within the hotel complex.
Selim highlighted that the first and second phases sold out in record time, driven by the project’s prime location, unique design, and high technical standards. He added that Hilton Tower stands out as one of the few projects in the capital where construction is progressing in parallel with sales, reinforcing client confidence.
Flexible payment plans are available, and delivery is set to begin in 2025. The third phase, offering exclusive advantages, will be launched soon.
