Karim El-Nahal, Chairman and CEO of El-Nahal Developments, announces the launch of the company’s first projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with investments exceeding EGP 500 mn, in partnership with Brouq Developments, Invest-Gate reports.

El-Nahal reveals that the BN project is an administrative, commercial, and medical mall built on an area of 2,725 sqm.

The project comprises a ground floor and 10 recurrent floors including 200 units in NAC’s Downtown.

For his part, Ibrahim Abd-Elsayed, Managing Director and CEO of Brouq Developments, states that the time period for implementing the mall and the initial delivery is within three years, provided that the final delivery of the project is within 4 years, indicating that the implementation of the project will start when the necessary licenses are completed.

He notes that the project incorporates 200 mixed-use units, including 34 commercial units, 146 administrative units, and 20 medical units, with areas starting from 29 sqm.
