Al Naser Developments celebrates the opening of its new headquarters in the NAC, as the first real estate developer to move to work completely there in order to support the state’s plans to transfer the government to the NAC, Invest-Gate reports
The company uncovers starting excavation works on its second project, Golden Tower 2, in the NAC, following the company’s commitment and credibility with its clients.
Ahmed Al-Tabbakh, general manager of Al Nasser, explains that Golden Tower 2 is a commercial, administrative, and medical project located in the most prestigious area in the capital MU 23. The project overlooks three main axes and is near the Sports City and the German University. It spans over 6,000 meters with investments of nearly EGP 1 bn.
For her part, Lorna Al Maghazi, head of Operations Sector at Al Nasser, says that the company’s new headquarters is located in Golden Tower 1 project, which is the first multi-use project in MU 23 area of over 3,000 sqm.
Additionally, the new headquarters of the company is fully equipped with the highest level to facilitate the work of all employees, receive clients, and meet all their needs. The company is working to increase its investments in the Egyptian market with a patriotic motive and benefit from the promising investment opportunities that the NAC enjoys.
Ahmed Esmail, head of commercial sector at Al Naser, notes that the excavation works in the new project started after obtaining the necessary licenses. Further, Golden Tower 2 is an eco-friendly project that aligns with sustainable building standards. The project includes central air conditioning systems with a water-cooling system (French fabrication), the walls are heat insulated to reduce energy consumption, and the units are designed with a full panoramic view.
Esmail also confirms that the coming period will witness high demand from developers and citizens to buy in the NAC, especially with the near transfer of the whole government to work there.
It is worth mentioning that Al Nasser Company has a strong business precedent, inside and outside Egypt, with experience exceeding 30 years in the construction and building sector. The company implemented more than 100 projects in the Gulf countries with a business volume of more than EGP 50 bn.
