Al Nasser Developments plans to launch its second project in the NAC, with EGP 1 bn investments, Invest-gate reports.

Nasser El Tabakh, chairman of Al Naser Developments, says that the company aims to expand its investment in the Egyptian market. This expansion comes in alignment with the state’s plans for urban expansion and supports major national projects, especially the NAC.

El Tabakh adds that the company’s second project is a commercial, medical, and administrative project. The project is located in the most distinguished areas of the NAC.

On his part, Nasser EL Mogazi, CEO of Al Naser Developments, assures that the company’s launch of its second project comes after the great success of its first project in the NAC.

EL Mogazi explains that the second project spans over 6,000 sqm and includes commercial, administrative, and medical fully finished units. The project is located on Al Amal axis and overlooks three main axes, near the Sports City and the German University.

Additionally, the company contracts with Ahmed Esmail to head the company’s commercial sector, as part of its plans to benefit from distinguished competencies and expertise in a number of sectors and launch a distinctive package of new projects.

Ahmed Esmail has more than 13 years of experience in the real estate development field and many distinguished contributions in supporting and developing the work of a number of major companies in the Egyptian market.

It is worth mentioning that the company’s first project in the NAC is Golden Tower 1, which is a mixed-use project in MU 23. Further, about 95% of Golden Tower 1 is completed and sold.
