Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions plans to launch five real estate exhibitions in GCC countries during 2023, as part of the company’s plan to expand in organizing real estate exhibitions abroad, starting with Saudi Arabia, Invest-Gate reports.
Eslam Burhan, Chairman of Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions, says that the company plans to launch the 21st edition of Hazi Misr Exhibition in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, as the first one this year, after the wide success of the last edition which witnessed the presence of more than 4 thousand visitors, assuring that the exhibition is distinguished by its organization within a group of experts and specialists in organizing exhibitions with experience exceeds 30 years.
Hazi Misr Exhibition will run its 21st round in Saudi Arabia on May 25th.
Burhan adds that this round will take place in the JW Marriot Hotel, which is an ideal timing that marks the beginning of the real estate sales season, besides the exhibition’s venue is one of the best places that commensurate with the name of the exhibition and the participating companies.
The chairman points out that the company has a long experience and a distinguished business precedent in launching strong real estate exhibitions named Hazi Misr, which includes various projects that have been implemented within the framework of the comprehensive urban renaissance that Egypt is currently witnessing, due to the distinction of Egyptian real estate products presented in the real estate market.
It is worth noting that Hazi Misr exhibition is considered as one of the oldest real estate exhibitions that targeting clients abroad, and it also enjoys the confidence for all clients, as it doesn’t focus on marketing participating projects only however it is marketing Egypt as a global destination for those seeking new, sustainable and smart cities, in addition to real estate products compete international ones, and the company selects carefully the participating companies and projects in its exhibitions.
Further, the next edition of the exhibition will start in Doha, Qatar, at the end of next May, then move onto Dubai on October 14th, then in Riyadh and finally in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as the list of exhibitions will be distributed in real estate season in numbers of Gulf countries, due to studies that proved their desire to buy Egyptian real estate.
For his part, Haytham Burhan, Vice Chairman of Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions, explains that the current time is suitable for buying real estate to take advantage of the currency difference with the Egyptian pound, which guarantees the best investment for abroad clients.
