Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions is set to launch the 21st session of the Hazi Misr exhibition on May 25th in Riyadh for three days in the presence and participation of a number of major real estate development companies, which are showcasing a group of distinguished projects, Invest-Gate reports.
Islam Burhan, Chairman of Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions, states that the event will take place at the JW Marriott Hotel, which is one of the most distinguished places, and the name and location of the hotel correspond to the history of the organizing company and to the nature and size of the companies participating in the exhibition.
He adds that the exhibition is also held at an ideal time, as it marks the start of the real estate sales season in Saudi Arabia.
Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions made strong efforts to market the exhibition, as it relied on various mechanisms to introduce the exhibition and the companies present in it, and the opportunities that the customer can seize during his visit to the exhibition, Burhan reveals.
He expects the event to achieve a high turnout for the exhibition throughout its holding period, which extends from 25 to 27 May.
For his part, Haitham Burhan, Vice Chairman of Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions, stresses that the export of real estate is a national matter that the government works on with its full capacity to secure foreign currency.
