Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions to Launch Hazi Misr Tour in Saudi Arabia

Al-Nayrouz Company for Organizing Exhibitions has stated that it plans to launch a unique tour of its Hazi Misr Exhibition beginning in Jeddah at the end of October and concluding in Riyadh in early November, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Invest-Gate reports.

Eslam Burhan, Chairman of Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions, said the company has successfully organized 21 editions of the exhibition over the past 11 years in several promising Arab markets.

More than 60,000 customers attended and strong sales were achieved for participating companies, he said. This enhances the firm’s expansion plans to enter various regional markets, Burhan added.

There are historical and economic ties between Egypt and Saudi Arabia that bolster experience-sharing and diverse investments in both nations, he continued.

Additionally, Egyptian workers in the Kingdom and Saudis interested in the Egyptian property market can support robust sales, Burhan mentioned. Jeddah and Riyadh were selected to host given strong local demand, he noted.

Al-Nayrouz is preparing for 10,000 visitors during the Jeddah and Riyadh editions, considering the exhibition’s diverse project offerings. Presentations on offers and payment systems aim to stimulate purchase decisions, Burhan stated. Competitive firms and the quality of Egyptian real estate products will help customers choose, he added.

Haytham Borhan, Vice Chairman of Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions, said the prior Riyadh exhibition attracting 6,000 visitors was very successful, encouraging a new edition. This meets strong Saudi demand to buy Egyptian property from Egyptians working there and Saudis, he noted.

New Alamein attracted summer 2023 interest due to unprecedented city achievements, operational projects and entertainment focus showing development, Borhan assured.

Egypt successfully highlighted New Alamein as a model fourth-generation city, reflecting the improving real estate product able to compete globally, he added. Foreign exhibitions importantly convey Egypt’s developmental honorable image and multiple property-ownership opportunities, Borhan mentioned.
