Al-Oula Development has announced a new partnership with G.C.M to serve as the operations and maintenance (O&M) consultant for its flagship project, Miura Compound, located in New Zayed, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Mansour, Chairman of Al-Oula Development, said the collaboration enhances the project’s investment appeal and allows sufficient time for technical studies and design reviews. “This will help develop a successful operational plan to deliver top-tier services to residents,” he noted.
Mansour highlighted that G.C.M was selected for its extensive experience in managing and consulting on major projects across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, in addition to its current expansion strategy in Egypt. “We’re pleased to partner with G.C.M on Miura,” he added. “This reflects our commitment to meeting client expectations, preserving maintenance deposits, and creating a more satisfying living environment.”
Amr El Sisi, Chairman of G.C.M, emphasised the importance of early involvement during the design phase. “Our holistic approach, combined with practical knowledge of operational costs and resident needs, significantly improves the efficiency of service functions, helping protect the long-term investment value of the project,” he said.
He added that having a seasoned operations consultant onboard from the beginning helps identify and address design flaws before the project enters its operational phase. “We are working diligently to prevent future operational issues and to develop a cost-efficient management plan that preserves maintenance funds and minimises running costs.”
Al-Oula Development brings over 15 years of experience, having developed more than 300 residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across West Cairo since 2010.
