Al Qamzi Developments, Rebuillion Join Forces in Eastshire Project, New Cairo 

Al Qamzi Developments has signed a contract with Rebuillion for Projects worth over EGP 700 million to carry out work in the second and third phases of Al Qamzi’s Eastshire project in the Fifth Settlement area of New Cairo.

With the signing of the landmark deal, Rebuillion will implement 178 buildings, consisting of 10 separate villas and about 168 townhouse villas with areas ranging from 166 to 350 square meters. The contract includes the implementation of concrete works, buildings, external finishes, and an irrigation tank.

On this occasion, Yasser Zidan, Executive Chairman of Al Qamzi Developments, said that the company continues to contract with entities with expertise as part of its keenness to implement projects at the highest level of quality and provide products that have added value to the Egyptian market.

He added that the timeframe for work assigned to Rebuillion for Projects in the Eastshire project is one year from the contract, Rebuillion was selected for its experience in implementing major projects in Egypt and in many other countries, including Spain, China, and Qatar.

For his part, Raimundo Arguesco, Chief Strategy Officer of Rebuillion for Projects, confirmed the company’s commitment to sustainability and using the latest technologies, while ensuring acceptable standards of occupational health and safety.

In addition, Yasser Mohy, CEO of Rebuillion for Projects, stressed that the two companies share a commitment to providing projects of the highest level of quality, adding that the company plans a long-term partnership with Al Qamzi.  The Eastshire compound is located in the heart of New Cairo, Fifth Settlement, on an area of ​​26 feddans

The building percentage of the project does not exceed 18% of the total land area and includes about 229 units. The proportion of green spaces and landscapes among the units takes up the largest proportion of the project, and areas have been allocated for a variety of different services including shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and administrative offices.
