Al Salem Holding Company Inaugurates First Carrefour in Benha City within Nile View Mall

Al Salem Holding Company has announced opening the first Carrefour in Benha City, the capital of Qalyubia, within its “Nile View Mall” project, Invest-Gate reports.

Carrefour at Nile View Mall in Benha achieved the highest sales in October compared to Carrefour’s branch network in Egypt.

The group explained that the Nile View Mall project, executed on a built-up area of 40,000 square meters, is the largest commercial mall in the Delta within the Nile View compound, covering a built-up area of 150,000 sqm. It comprises a commercial mall and seven residential towers with hotel services. The mall employs 300 staff and offers facilities and options ensuring enjoyment for all family members.

Moreover, Al Salem Holding Company, responsible for the Nile View compound, aims to provide an ideal lifestyle for all families through strategic partnerships and collaboration with major global names and brands in various fields. This is to fulfil its commitment to customers by providing a unique and enjoyable living experience. Including Carrefour in the project adds a new dimension alongside its current partners.

Furthermore, the Nile View compound, the largest of its kind in the Delta, provides integrated services for residents, including a health and social club, a jogging track, green spaces, an outdoor café, hotel services, and the largest private hospital with 150 beds, built according to the latest international medical standards.

Also, all project stages have been sold except for the final stage, which will be introduced soon.

The project’s location on the Nile Corniche in the heart of Bneha City, the capital of Qalyubia, has been strategically chosen due to the city’s unique and prominent investment opportunities.

Notably, Al Salem Holding Company, established in 1980, owns a large portfolio of investments and projects in several countries, including the United States, Qatar, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
