Al Salem Holding Company announced contracting with a group of international brands for its project, the Nile View Mall. Carrefour is one of these prominent brands, making it the first Carrefour market in Benha, Invest-Gate reports.

Bahaa Salem, President of Al Salem Holding Company, explained that the built-up area of the Nile View Mall is 40,000 sqm, making it the largest commercial mall in the Delta.

The Nile View Mall includes various facilities, such as the first and largest cinema in Benha, Renaissance Cinemas Group, a selected range of fine restaurants and fast-food chains, in addition to the first Carrefour market to meet the needs of all residents.

It is worth mentioning that the Nile View compound is considered the largest of its kind in the Delta, characterized by its unique services. The project has a built-up area of 150,000 sqm, including a 40,000 sqm commercial mall, and also seven residential towers with hotel services.

Additionally, the Nile View compound provides integrated services to residents, including a health and social club, a sports lane, green spaces, in addition to hotel services, all under the supervision of cameras and highly trained security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the residents.

Furthermore, it includes the largest private hospital on an area of 14,000 sqm, comprising 150 beds and all specialties. It has been established following the latest international medical standards.

Notably, Salem revealed that units delivery have started ahead of schedule by 12 months, aiming to build strong trust relation between customers and the company.
