Al Zamil real estate group signed an agreement with Swiss International, which is a hospitality chain to establish a new hotel at Al Qassim Touristic City project in Saudi Arabia, Trade Arabia reported.

Al Zamil real estate group specializes in developing residential communities and office commercial properties in both, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Al Qassim touristic project spans an area of 95,000 square meters, and is considered to be the biggest of its kind in the Al Qassim region.

The Swiss International Al Qassim touristic project is set to include 135 rooms, cafes, restaurants, a banquet hall, with a capacity of 1,000 persons, a tennis court, conference rooms, and children’s entertainment center, Construction Week Online reported.

Swiss International is also planning to reach its expansion objective of having 150 hotels globally by 2020.
