During an interview on the sidelines of the Saudi National Day celebration at Marassi in Egypt’s North Coast, Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Properties, revealed that 60% of the guests and visitors were experiencing Egypt’s North Coast for the first time, Invest-Gate reports.
Alabbar emphasized that this is a strong indication of the region’s potential to attract tourists from the Gulf.
He added, “We aim to capture a portion of the $90 billion annual Gulf tourism expenditure, with a particular focus on bringing more Gulf tourists to Egypt.”
This aligns with Marassi’s strategy to position itself as a premier destination for international visitors.
