Alassema Real Estate announces the number of new investments for the current year, exceeding EGP 1 bn, to implement projects, Invest-Gate reports.

A variety of real estate projects between residential, commercial, administrative, and medical, is to be added to the company’s business portfolio. Mohamed Ibrahim, director of the sales sector, explains the company plans to diversify current investment portfolio and add new real estate products.

“We aim to diversify the business portfolio and introduce a distinct real estate product, and we plan to attract a new segment of customers,” Ibrahim adds.

Alassema is currently working on the implementation of The Venue in the Fifth Settlement. The project’s sales value is EGP 650 mn, and sales are expected to be completed during 2021 and delivery date in 2023.

The VENUE project meets needs of businessmen and companies by providing integrated factors for an ideal investment.

The project’s designs are made by the engineering consultancy, Magic Cube. Ibrahim points out that the company is in the process of negotiating with the largest engineering consultancy offices to support the process of preparing designs for the two projects.

Ibrahim notes the company’s success in obtaining the most distinguished two plots of land in the Downtown area with the aim of establishing specialized administrative projects that address the owners of companies and administrative offices and to create an ideal work environment.

It is worth noting that the company has worked on the development and implementation of more than 25 projects in the Fifth Settlement in the residential sector. The company is currently working on implementing a package of residential projects planned to be delivered in 2023.
