UAE’s developer Aldar Properties awarded a AED 745 mn contract for a mid-market residential development in Abu Dhabi, Invest-Gate reports.

The developer awarded the contract to Construction Group Contracting House (CGCH) as the main contractor and early works package provider for The Bridges on Reem Island.

The contract, which will commence immediately, stipulates that CGCH will carry out the construction of six apartment towers following shoring, piling and earthworks on the site, a statement on the developer’s website read.

The towers will consist of 1,272 apartments that range from studios to three bedrooms, and feature amenities including two indoor gymnasiums, a private courtyard with swimming pools, and an outdoor fitness area.

The project will be ready for handover during the first quarter of 2020.
