Aldar Awards Early Works Contract for Mayan Project

Abu Dhabi-based developer Aldar Properties awarded the AED 30 mn early works contract for its Mayan project to Dutch Foundation & Concrete Rehabilitation Company WLL on Sunday, according to Gulf Business. Work will commence immediately and is scheduled to take a five month period. The contract includes shoring, piling and earthworks for the five buildings of the Mayan project. Mayan consists of 512 luxury apartments in various sizes in an upscale golf and and waterfront development with handover scheduled for 2018.
