Abu Dhabi’s property development company Aldar Properties has started a phased delivery of residential units at both its Ansam and Al Hadeel properties following the completion of construction work, Trade Arabia reports.

Being the first residential development on Yas Island to be handed over to residents, Ansam features four Andalusian-style apartment buildings comprising studios as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

While Al Hadeel development features apartments, townhouses and duplexes on the seafront of Al Raha Beach.
