In his article, Aldar Properties CEO Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak expresses his optimism in the Abu Dhabi real estate market for 2017, Arabian Business reported.
“Abu Dhabi has plenty to look forward to in 2017 due to the Abu Dhabi government’s ongoing investment into major projects within the emirate that will further diversify the economy and strengthen its ability to attract foreign investments and tourism,” he argued.
Al Mubarak also sees that investors from countries like China, India and Saudi Arabia are interested in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, since they see, according to his analysis, the Emirati capital as a safe haven “in a world where volatility still prevails in many places,” he described.
