Aldar Properties enters into a partnership with Dubai Holding to make its entry into Dubai’s real estate market, Invest-Gate reports.

The project includes new communities in three locations with a total area of 38.2 mn sqm.

The two companies signed a binding joint venture agreement to develop new communities in three locations across the suburban heart of Dubai.

Aldar is set to conduct full development of the projects, including concept design, sales, delivery, and management of the developments.
