Abu Dhabi’s real estate developer Aldar Properties is steadily progressing in its seven main underway projects, Invest-Gate reports.

Yas Island’s Ansam and Al Raha Beach’s Al Hadeel projects enter into the final stages of development ahead of handovers in September, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).

Ansam, which is located on the west side of Yas Island, is nearing completion with facade glazing and internal fit-out ahead of handover this year.  In total, Aldar currently has over 3,500 units under development on Yas Island, according to the news agency.

In addition to Al Raha Beach, Al Hadeel development is in the final stages of completion ahead of its scheduled handover this year, with plaster boarding almost complete and internal fit-out ongoing.
