Despite targeting Emiratis last year, the UAE-based property developer Aldar Properties has opened up their sale of off-plan villas at its West Yas development to all nationalities, reported The National on Wednesday.
Starting at AED 4.3mn, the high-end villas range from 600 to 800 square meters and are scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2017. West Yas also includes two retail centres, a community centre, open public spaces, and Aldar Academies.
According to The National, the company has witnessed a significant demand from expats; however, recent reports suggest that demand for high-end villas in the UAE is still falling amid the oil price crisis.
