UAE’s Aldar Properties revealed latest progress updates on a number of its projects, Al-Bawaba news website reports.

The company is preparing to deliver the Andalusian-style apartment development Ansam, located on the west side of Yas Island, during December. External work is complete and landscaping is due to start this month, while internal final fit outs are nearing completion.

Also nearing completion is Al Hadeel, located on Al Raha Beach and features apartments, townhouses and duplexes. Al Hadeel will also be handed over in December.

Situated at the coast adjacent to Al Bateen, Aldar Properties’ Nareel Island moves closer to handover, with infrastructure works progressing well and road works nearing completion. Al Merief in Khalifa City is also moving forward with infrastructure work while road works are at various stages of completion.

Piling works will commence on The Bridges, a 1,272-home development, this month. In addition, Meera is making a rapid progress, with construction work continuing as per the schedule.

Construction is underway on Yas Acres, a golf and waterfront development that features 652 villas and townhouses.

Meanwhile, the 300 villas in the West Yas community are structurally complete across the whole site with remaining construction and various works progressing as scheduled.

At Mayan luxury golf and waterfront apartment development, foundation works are now complete, and the main contractor has commenced with construction.

Regarding the expansion of Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain, column work for the ground floor is almost complete and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works are underway in the west extension, while foundation casting has commenced in the north side retail park. The project is scheduled for completion during 2018.
