Abu Dhabi’s leading property developer, Aldar Properties, will partner with Al Fahim Group to bring the world’s first Mercedes-Benz and AMG showroom and service center on Yas Island, Invest-Gate reports.

The new showroom will be located in the vicinity of Yas Mall, with construction to begin in the fourth quarter of 2017 and delivered in 2019, according to the company’s released statement.

The showroom is expected to span over 5,900 square meters; the retail park is part of Aldar’s program worth of AED 3 billion, according to a released statement.

“We are delighted to partner with Al Fahim Group to bring this first-of-its-kind Mercedes-Benz and AMG showroom and express service centre to Yas Island. Yas Island is one of the most exciting destinations in Abu Dhabi, and Mercedes-AMG with its global reputation for speed and performance is a natural fit. This deal comes soon after announcing our retail park plans within our investment program, and we look forward to the new showroom making an impact on our recurring revenues as soon as next year,” says Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chief Executive Officer of Aldar.

Aldar currently owns over 3,500 houses under construction in Yas Island, which include projects West Yas, Mayan, Yas Acres, and Ansam. The company’s project Ansam will be delivered this year.
