Abu Dhabi-based developer Aldar Properties will exhibit its projects at the Restatex Cityscape Riyadh conference from September 27 to 30 in Saudi Arabia, Invest-Gate reports.

Aldar is scheduled to showcase its Water’s Edge development, located on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island. The project’s initial phase was sold out at Cityscape Global in Dubai, generating AED 400 mn in sales.

Further homes in Water’s Edge will be unveiled for sale soon, the expo said in a statement.

The waterfront project features 2,255 apartments, ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms.

Construction is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2017 and is scheduled for completion in 2020.

Other developments on Yas Island include the Abu Dhabi Media Zone Authority’s twofour54 campus, which is also being developed by Aldar.

Aldar has delivered more than 23,000 homes in vibrant communities across Abu Dhabi, with over 3,500 homes currently under development on Yas Island.
