UAE real estate developer, Aldar Properties, launches a new waterfront development on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, Invest-Gate reports.
The development, under the name of Water’s Edge, is valued at AED 2.4 bn, offering 2,255 units through 13 apartment buildings.
With prices starting at AED 480,000, Aldar will release one building for sale at Cityscape Global which will be held from September 11 to 13 at the Dubai World Trade Center. Clients will enjoy the project’s wide choice of exercise and recreation facilities, retail, restaurants, and cafes.
