Governor Mohamed El Sherif of Alexandria has followed up on the ongoing work on the Palm Hills Alexandria project, a leading real estate company in Egypt, one of Palm Hills Developments’ initiatives, Invest-Gate reports.
El Sherif was accompanied by Yassin Mansour, Chairman of the Board and Executive Group of Palm Hills Developments, Mohammed Bahiry, Deputy CEO for Development at Palm Hills, and Mohamed Helmi, Deputy CEO for Development at the company.
Moreover, the Palm Hills Alexandria project is the first integrated compound in Alexandria, sprawling over 160 acres with three residential phases. It’s situated behind Carrefour Downtown and close to Al Nozha International Airport; additionally, the initiative aims to attract major investors to create comprehensive urban communities that enhance the quality of life for residents.
Furthermore, during the visit, the governor received a detailed explanation of the project and its execution stages. The first phase began in 2019 and concluded in 2023, with Palm Hills planning to deliver 290 housing units within this year. The company has completed the infrastructure development for the first two phases, covering a total area of 400,000 sqm.
El Sherif praised the project as a significant urban achievement, highlighting the state’s efforts to encourage partnerships with the private sector, especially in fields serving Egypt’s developmental goals.
Mansour expressed the company’s vision to diversify its real estate portfolio by developing projects in different urban areas across Cairo, Alexandria, and the North Coast, aiming to provide high-quality residential units amidst wide green spaces and integrated services.
Over the past three years, Palm Hills has injected massive investments into speeding up construction in the Palm Hills Alexandria project. This acceleration has facilitated substantial progress in the project’s infrastructure, allowing Palm Hills to fulfill its commitments to deliver units to buyers within agreed timelines.
The Palm Hills Alexandria project enjoys a strategic location close to vital amenities, and commercial malls, minutes away from Alexandria’s Corniche and Borg El Arab Airport. It boasts a unique design with expansive green spaces for 23% of the total project area, dedicated sports facilities, and spaces for social activities and events.
