Egyptian urban developer Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development (MNHD) unveiled earlier a mixed-use development in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Spread over an area of 5.5 mn square meter on the Cairo-Suez Road, Sarai offers a mix of urban to suburban exposure with variety of units ranging from apartments to S-villas and townhouses, according to the company’s website.

Buyers will enjoy a 0% down payment, with installment plans up to 10 years.

The developer launched the 463-unit- first phase of Sarai on November 5, 2016, with the unveiling of the 787-unit- second phase on February 21, 2017. Both phases were sold out shortly after their launch.

The project boasts various amenities like an international school, athletic club, luxury hotel, and well-equipped offices.
