Alternative Residential Land Plots Allocated for 400 Families from El-Warraq Island

Osama Shawky, the head of the New El-Warraq Island Development Authority, announced that the authority has conducted public lots to allocate alternative residential plots of land in the cities of New October and October Gardens, Invest-Gate reports.

This initiative is aimed at providing suitable housing options for the residents of El-Warraq Island who have chosen to obtain residential plots of land.

The process involves handling the files of 400 families from El-Warraq Island, with each file being dealt with individually. The public lots determine the plot numbers, regions, and cities where the residential plots of land will be allocated.

These actions are in line with the directives of Assem El-Gazzar, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, to streamline procedures and provide satisfactory alternatives for the residents of El-Warraq Island.

Furthermore, public lots are being conducted to allocate alternative residential plots of land to the people of El-Warraq Island. This is in addition to the authority’s handling of approximately 2,800 families who have chosen alternative housing units.

The New Urban Communities Authority offers a range of options, including alternative residential plots of land and housing units in new cities and areas under its jurisdiction, to cater to the diverse preferences of the residents of El-Warraq Island.
