Saudi-based Al Oula Real Estate Development Company has launched the sales of its mixed-use tower, Ajdan Rise, located in Al Khobar’s seafront, Trade Arabia reports.
Speaking at a recent official ceremony held in Ajdan Sales Center, the company’s officials said the iconic skyscraper comprises 187 residential units, including penthouses, duplexes, and luxury apartments, while featuring indoor and outdoor pools, spa, two clubs, nine indoor cinema halls, meeting and banquet halls, a five-star hotel, and an array of shops, the Bahrain-based news agency revealed.
The mixed-use tower covers a land area of around 6,826.5 square meters across Al Khobar’s seafront, offering “stunning” views of the Arabian Gulf and providing top-notch facilities, including 24/7 security and electronic surveillance, maintenance, landscaping, multiple parking areas, along with high-speed elevators and drivers’ rooms.
“Ajdan Rise embodies our future vision for real estate development, as it has a unique architecture, supports the modern lifestyles and includes all facilities, which make it a unique destination to live in and enjoy the quality of life,” CEO of Al Oula Mohammed Alotaibi was quoted as saying by Trade Arabia.
“It is located in an extraordinary location at Al Khobar Waterfront, which makes it an ideal destination for those seeking to live in a luxurious residential community overlooking the sea,” the CEO stated.
Ajdan Rise tower comes as part of the company’s flagship project Ajdan Waterfront Destination, which is located at the heart of Al Khobar and aimed at transforming the Saudi city into one of the kingdom’s most attractive and vibrant coastal areas in the country.
