Al Qamzi Developments Egypt has entered into a contract with ACE Project Management, a subsidiary of Moharram Bakhoum, to oversee the implementation of its projects on the North Coast and in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the agreement, ACE Project Management will be responsible for supervising the progress of the Seazen projects on the North Coast and the Eastshire projects in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo.

ACE Project Management will monitor the projects from the excavation and concrete stages through to the final finishes, ensuring adherence to the schedule, specified specifications, and building codes. Their role is to guarantee that units are delivered to customers on time and with the highest level of quality.

Yasser Zidan, Chairman of Al Qamzi Developments Egypt, emphasized that seriousness and quality are fundamental principles guiding the company’s strategy. These principles contribute to maintaining customer trust and achieving exceptional sales results.

Al Qamzi Developments Egypt collaborates with renowned contracting companies such as Dar Al-Mimar Construction (DMC), which is responsible for implementing the first phase of the Seazen project.

The Seazen project, located on a 204-acre area in the El-Dabaa area at Kilo 170 on the North Coast, represents an investment of EGP 14 bn. It comprises 2,200 fully finished and equipped units, including chalets and villas with kitchen furniture and air conditioning.
