ALQAMZI Developments Egypt achieved EGP 1 bn in sales during its participation in the Cityscape Egypt 2023 exhibition, which took place from September 20 to 23, 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

Throughout the exhibition, ALQAMZI Developments’ pavilion experienced high demand from clients, resulting in the company reaching its targeted sales within the first few hours of the exhibition’s launch. In just eight hours, the company achieved sales of EGP 600 mn.

Yasser Zidan, the Executive Chairman of Al Qamzi Developments Egypt, emphasized that the significant sales and increasing demand for the company’s projects demonstrate the clients’ confidence in the company, its credibility, and its successful track record. He also highlighted the excellence of the projects and their added value to the Egyptian market.

Zidan revealed that within a year of launching the Seazen project on the Northern Coast, the company achieved EGP 8 bn in sales, which represents 30% of the project’s total sales. This success can be attributed to the project’s prime location and high implementation rates.
The Seazen project, set to be completed within five years, spans an area of 204 acres on the Northern Coast, specifically at kilometer 170 in the Dabaa area. The project has a total investment of EGP 14 bn.

The Seazen project offers 2,200 residential units, including chalets and villas of various sizes, as well as different models of two-, three-, and four-room units. All units are delivered fully finished, complete with kitchens and air conditioners.
