Businessman Mr. Ehab Shoukry, Chairman of Amarina Group, announced the launch of Amarina Real Estate as the group’s real estate development arm, in a move aimed at developing five new projects in the Red Sea region and the New Capital, with planned investments exceeding EGP 10 billion, Invest-Gate reports.
Expanding into Real Estate Development
Amarina Real Estate is part of Amarina Group, which owns a number of hotels, tourism facilities, and hospitality companies. The launch comes as part of the group’s strategy to expand into the real estate development sector while leveraging its extensive expertise in managing and operating tourism projects.
Official Launch and Project Pipeline
The company is scheduled to hold its official launch event in July, featuring a specialized seminar titled “Tourism Real Estate”, which will discuss the latest industry trends, while unveiling details of the new projects and the company’s expansion plans for the coming years.
According to the company, the first phase of its investment plan includes three projects in Hurghada, one project in Marsa Alam, and another in the New Capital. All projects will operate under a hospitality management model through one of Amarina Group’s affiliated companies, enhancing operational quality and the services provided to customers.
Project Launch Timeline
The company plans to launch its first two projects during the third quarter of the current year, followed by two additional projects by the end of 2026. The New Capital project is scheduled to be launched in 2027.

Mr. Ehab, said that the launch of Amarina Real Estate builds on the group’s longstanding experience in the hospitality and tourism sector, with a focus on developing projects based on the hospitality management concept while delivering added value to the real estate market.
He added that the company aims to develop projects that meet the growing demand for tourism and residential real estate, while benefiting from the group’s operational expertise to preserve asset quality and maximize long-term value.
