Amazon Developments recently celebrated its contract with Hilton to manage the hotel in the Capital Diamond Tower, located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), which marks Hilton’s first presence in the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.

The celebration was attended by several officials, including Major General Ahmed Fahmi, General Manager of Administrative Capital for Urban Development, and Ghada Shalabi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Tourism, along with media professionals and journalists.

Hossam Abu Al-Saud, Chairman of Amazon Developments, emphasized that the contract involves the management of the hotel within the Capital Diamond Tower, as Hilton is a reputable company with extensive experience in the Egyptian and international markets.

He further explained that the hotel comprises 120 units, including 72 guest rooms and 48 one-bedroom suites, and is fully owned by Amazon Developments. The hotel features four restaurants, a swimming pool, and a fully equipped fitness center. The remaining serviced units will be made available to customers for accommodation and investment purposes.

Al-Saud revealed that the hotel is situated on the top 10 floors of the tower, specifically from the 41st floor to the 51st floor. It is divided into six Hilton floors and four floors for serviced units, making it the tallest hotel in Egypt, standing at a height of 234 meters from the ground.

Mahmoud Al Gharib, Vice Chairman and CEO of Amazon Developments, stated that construction work began immediately after obtaining the hotel license, with the concrete structure currently 30% complete. The company has invested approximately EGP 800 mn in the project so far.
