Amer Group, through its executive arm Amer for Tourism Development, announced the commencement of delivering units in “The Iconic” building, which comprises 198 luxury residential units within the Porto El Minya project. This step reflects the Group’s commitment to providing an integrated residential experience for its clients and to strengthening the project’s position as the first fully integrated residential community in Upper Egypt on the banks of the Nile River, Invest-Gate reports.
The announcement was made during an event held at the project site in El Minya Governorate, attended by Eng. Ahmed Hisham, CEO of Amer for Tourism Development, a number of project executives, and clients who own units. This delivery comes as a continuation of the project’s implementation phases launched in 2024, which included the completion of the club buildings and the Corniche promenade, the operation of the sports club, and the completion of more than 50% of the project’s construction works.
The delivery of “The Iconic” building represents a key milestone in the project’s execution phases, as it reflects the project’s readiness and integration in terms of vital, recreational, and service facilities, and reaffirms Porto El Minya’s position as the first fully integrated residential community in Upper Egypt, combining luxury living with diverse services on the banks of the Nile River.
In this context, Eng.
