Amer Group, the leading real estate development company, celebrates the delivery of more than 1,300 units in its comprehensive project of Porto Said, Invest-Gate reports.

The celebration took place at Porto Said Sporting Club. The company announced the launch of the club’s second phase and its own Olympic pool. The club is the largest of its kind in the city, covering an area of ​​29,941 m2, and includes the city’s first swimming pool complex, the first Olympic pool, the largest tennis complex divided into five courts, and a kid’s area built on an area of ​​1,000 sqm.

“Porto Said is the largest residential, touristic, and recreational project in west Port Said, with investments amounting to EGP 3.5 bn. The project affected a shift in how the city of Port Said perceives the concept of tourist and recreational housing, which is in line with the city’s tremendous steps towards economic progress, as it poses a ripe opportunity for investments,” Omar adds.

Porto Said is located in the Deeba area, west of Port Said. The project’s location offers a direct view on the Mediterranean coast; it is the city’s first residential project developed with international standards offering seafront hospitality services on an area of ​​100 acres.

The project’s plan provides a 1,200 m-long sandy beach; designed to simulate French private beaches, as well as a 1,200 m-long corniche, featuring an assortment of the finest international cafes and restaurants with a range of diverse international cuisines.

As for Porto Said Sporting Club, it is developed within the beating heart of the project, nearing a square that features an 18m-long marble obelisk, first-rate amusement parks, as well as a commercial mall that offers a variety of retail options exhibiting luxurious international brands. Other components include a post office, police station, an ambulance unit, a fire station, a 450-room hotel, a medical center, and a yacht marina.
