First Phase of AMG Urban Developments’ Business One Katameya Project Sold Out in Record Time

AMG Urban Developments has successfully marketed the first phase of its Business One Katameya project in New Cairo, quickly achieving sales worth EGP500 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

The company is now preparing to launch the second phase, featuring premium units at competitive prices.

According to Mostafa El Hadidy, Marketing Manager at AMG Urban Developments, Business One Katameya is the company’s debut project in the real estate market, with a total investment of EGP 2.5 bn. The project stands out because it was constructed before being offered to clients, demonstrating the company’s strong financial stability and ambitious future plans.

Moreover, El Hadidy emphasized that AMG Urban Developments reached an impressive execution rate before marketing the project, with 90% of the construction completed in record time. The remaining work includes electromechanical installations and facade fittings. Starting construction before sales is a robust investment model that enhances customer trust in the company.

Furthermore, the project’s high completion rate and near-finalization allow clients to choose units that meet their needs by viewing them in person. This unique approach in the real estate market reflects the company’s financial strength.

Also, AMG Urban Developments is owned by engineers Samir Rayan and Walid Ibrahim, who are also owners of AMG MOTORS and Auto Samir Rayan, who decided to invest in real estate due to its promising opportunities amid Egypt’s current urban development boom.

The Business One Katameya project is a commercial and administrative complex located in a prime spot in New Cairo. It is situated directly on the Ring Road and the Waha Axis, providing easy access to Nasr City and Heliopolis.

Notably, the project is opposite the new City Stars Katameya and the Stone Residence compound on the Katameya Ring Road. The development comprises a ground floor and three upper floors across four separate buildings, covering an area of 15,000 sqm.
