AOG Developments has unveiled its second project in the Egyptian market, “Lugano Ras Sudr,” a 94-feddan resort located at kilometer 40 in Ras Sudr. The launch follows the success of the company’s first project, Lugano Ain Sokhna, and reflects its ambitious expansion plans, Invest-Gate reports.

Mr. Mahmoud Omar, CEO and Managing Director of AOG Developments, said the company is pursuing a carefully planned strategy in Egypt, selecting prime locations to deliver genuine added value to the real estate market. He highlighted that construction works have already begun ahead of the official sales launch, underscoring the company’s commitment to credibility and timely delivery. The first phase is scheduled for handover within four years.

The resort features a variety of fully finished units, ranging from one- and two-bedroom chalets to four-bedroom villas. Designed to meet current demand trends, the project also offers flexible payment plans.

With limited building density and expansive areas dedicated to green spaces, lagoons, and lifestyle amenities, Lugano Ras Sudr aims to elevate the city’s appeal. Facilities include beach and garden clubhouses, a sports walkway, children’s play areas, a water sports center, multiple pools, sports courts, a commercial hub, restaurants, a mosque, and padel courts.
