AOG Developments announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, held from September 24–27 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo, where the company is presenting a suite of offers and payment facilities across its tourism projects in Ain Sokhna and Ras Sudr, Invest-Gate reprts.
Mahmoud Omar, CEO and Managing Director of AOG Developments, said the company is rolling out special exhibition-only offers for visitors, including payment plans beginning with a 5% down payment and extended installment periods of up to eight years. He added that the company is also providing a 15% discount on the Lugano El Galala project as part of the Cityscape promotions.
During the event AOG unveiled the second phase of Lugano El Galala, branded BRENO, following the strong market reception for the project’s first phase, which was launched in February and sold out on its opening day. Omar noted that the demand underscores buyer confidence in the project and in AOG’s offerings since the company entered the Egyptian market earlier in 2025.
Lugano El Galala — AOG’s inaugural project in Egypt — occupies some 40 feddans on Galala Mountain with direct views over the Red Sea. The development is positioned a few minutes from the El Galala road and roughly 30 minutes from the New Capital. The project’s location, private beach and integrated services have been central to its rapid commercial uptake, the company says.
Omar also formally introduced Lugano Ras Sudr at Cityscape 2025, announcing aggressive launch incentives including discounts up to 30% and payment plans extending to seven years. He said typical units of 80 square meters are priced from EGP 2.5 million, and — after the Cityscape discount — start at EGP 2 million. All units are to be delivered fully finished.
Lugano Ras Sudr is located at kilometer 40 and spans approximately 94 feddans. The masterplan emphasizes low building density, allocating the majority of the site to landscaped green areas, swimming pools, artificial lakes and leisure facilities. The project will offer a wide range of services and amenities designed to cater to a luxury coastal lifestyle, including a beach clubhouse and a garden clubhouse, an extended sports promenade, a children’s play area, a water sports center, multiple sports courts and padel courts, several swimming pools, a mosque, restaurants and a comprehensive retail center.
To demonstrate its commitment to delivery and project credibility, Omar stated that construction works on Lugano Ras Sudr began prior to the commercial launch of units. The company targets delivery of the project’s first phase within three and a half years.
AOG’s participation at Cityscape 2025 and the simultaneous launch of new inventory and payment offers form part of the developer’s broader expansion strategy in Egypt’s real estate market following the company’s entry and initial successes earlier this year.
