Egypt-based Aqar Masr for Real Estate Development celebrated on February 24 the official launch of its first residential project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), ANAKAJI, Invest-Gate reports.
Inspired by the beauty of the Nubian architecture, the secured gated community was kicked off in a remarkable gala event, featuring the legendary Omar Khairat, according to the property developer’s official Facebook page.
ANAKAJI, which means “my home” in Nubian, spreads over 20 acres and is distinguished by its prime location in the R8 residential district, near NAC’s diplomatic and parliament districts, Aqar Masr said on its official website.
The compound’s built-up area (BUA) represents 20% of the total land plot, while the rest is divided into service and lush green spaces. Facilities and recreational activities include industrial lakes, sports courts, Nubian cultural center, commercial strip, two clubhouses, underground parking, and other services to meet the diverse demands of all clients.
As for residential properties, the urban project comprises 800 housing units across ten buildings, ranging from studios to apartments and duplexes with areas between 94 to 319 square meters. Interested buyers are to benefit from ANAKAJI’s ten-year installment plan, with prices starting from EGP 9,000 per square meter.
Aqar Masr had previously participated in the development of 25 villas in Emaar Misr’s Marassi in the North Coast, as well as, 25 buildings in Rooya Group’s Stone Residence, west Cairo.
