AQARI Exhibition Brings Visitors Special Discounts, Feasible Payment Methods

The 11th round of Al-Ahram Real Estate Exhibition (AQARI) kicks off on August 10 at Dusit Thani hotel, New Cairo, bringing visitors special discounts and a wide range of feasible payment methods.

“The exhibition aims to offer property seekers an opportunity to buy homes with good discounts and more flexible payment plans amid soaring prices of residential units following the EGP flotation, the fuel price hikes and the application of the value-added tax,” Mahmoud Saeed, Account Manager of Al-Ahram Advertising Agency, the organizer of the fair, says.

Saeed adds that the exhibition also seeks to promote investments in the country’s real estate market and allow leading real estate developers in Egypt to showcase the latest of their projects.

During the exhibition, a host of real estate developers offered discounts to visitors on their projects. Memaar el-Morshedy offered discounts of up to 8% to visitors on its projects while Oriental Urban Development (OUD) offered 10%. The developers also provided feasible payment plans reaching up to eight years on some projects.

The exhibition is considered a good opportunity for various segments of the Egyptian society as developers announce new offers on their A-class and B-class residential units, especially as Egyptian expats take their vacations during this period.

OUD Sales Manager Ahmed Mostafa Zaalouk says that AQARI exhibition represents a good opportunity for them to showcase their projects that suit a wide segment of the property seekers.

The OUD official also tells Invest-Gate that his company will launch a new project in the North Coast spanning an area of 40 feddans next year. The project will be located on El-Dabaa Road and will include standalone villas, studio apartments, and townhouses.

The previous round of AQARI exhibition was held at the Cairo International Convention Center on July 27, gathering a total of 60 real estate developers and attracting middle-income and low-income brackets. AQARI runs until August 12.
