Arab Contractors will construct roads in social housing project located in New Cairo at a total investment cost of EGP 75 mn, Al Borsa reports.

The roads will extend from 1.5 km to 2.5 km within the social housing project and are to connect the city with the new Administrative Capital City. These infrastructure works will be finalized within 15 months.

The company is expected to receive lands for the project in the upcoming period and is expected will pay 25% of its value by next March.

The social housing project in New Cairo contains a total of 1,980 residential units.
