Arab Developers Holding, in partnership with Misr El Oula for Tourism and Real Estate Investment (IIG Group), has signed a strategic partnership agreement to develop, execute, manage, and operate the Azzurri Sports Club within the Nyoum October project. Azzurri Sports Club will span a total area of 24 feddans, forming a fully integrated development that serves diverse age groups and community segments through a wide range of sports, recreational, and social activities. The partnership underscores the parties’ commitment to delivering a modern model for sports and social clubs within residential projects, contributing to enhanced quality of life and supporting the state’s vision of expanding sports investment as a key driver of sustainable development.

The signing ceremony was attended by a distinguished group of executives and decision-makers, including Dr. Ayman Ben Khalifa, CEO and Managing Director of Arab Developers Holding; Dr. Mohamed Kotb, CEO of Nyoum October for Tourism Development; and Mr. Farid Shalaby, Chairman and Managing Director of Misr El Oula for Tourism and Real Estate Investment, alongside representatives from various ministries and authorities.

Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Sultan bin Shakhbout Al Nahyan, President of Azzurri Club, serves as President of the Asian Chess Federation and Vice President of the International Chess Federation (2006–2026).
He also holds the position of President of Al Ain Chess and Mind Games Club in the UAE (2004–2028). He has played a direct role in promoting chess across several Asian and Arab countries, leading numerous initiatives aimed at integrating chess into educational systems, and organizing major international tournaments under the umbrella of both the Asian and International Chess Federations.
