Arab Developers Holding has announced the commencement of villa deliveries for 294 units across the first and second phases of the “Sia Villaggio” project in New Alamein City, Invest-Gate reports.

This milestone coincides with the completion of various essential services, ensuring the project is fully prepared for occupancy.

Arab Developers Holding has successfully finalized construction activities for the first and second phases of the “Sia Villaggio” project, with significant headway made in advancing the third phase, surpassing a completion rate of 40%.
