Arab Developers Holding announced that construction progress on its Nyoum October project has reached 62% by the end of July 2025, with more than 2,300 units delivered, Invest-Gate reports.
The company has invested EGP 12 bn in the mixed-use development located in 6 October City.
The update came during a media site tour organized by the company, showcasing the latest progress. Arab Developers Holding said the tour reflects its commitment to transparency and to delivering the project in line with the declared vision since the new management took over.
Spanning 330 feddans, Nyoum October is one of the largest compounds in West Cairo. It offers a mix of villas, residential and commercial units, along with amenities including three international schools, a sports and social club, hospital, mosque, and swimming pools. A 6,000 sqm water fountain, the largest of its kind in a compound, is also featured.
The company stated that it had delivered 542 villas and 651 apartments, and plans to deliver 419 more units in H2 2025, followed by 440 units in Q1 2026. Schools including Globe International and Notion International will open in September 2025, while a third is under construction.
Ayman Khalifa, Group CEO of Arab Developers Holding, said the project reflects the company’s strategic vision for building integrated communities with modern infrastructure. He added that accelerating construction and delivery is a top priority to enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational revenue growth.
The company plans to deliver 1,172 additional units this year across its broader portfolio.
