Arab Developers Holding (ADH) Group inaugurates Egypt’s largest dancing fountain at Nyoum October project, Invest-Gate reports.

CEO of ADH, Ayman Khalifa, reveals that the group enters into a contract with Spanish water and art company Ghesa to build the fountain.

The fountain has a height of 25 meters and comprises 9,000 sqm of water space, Khalifa adds.

He notes that his company offers different lifestyles in each of its projects to cater to customers’ needs.

Situated over 1.3 mn sqm, Nyoum October is a residential, commercial, and administrative project, the top executive says.

Khalifa unveils that 60% of the project’s construction is completed, and about 70% of the project is marketed.

ADH’s CEO states that the project includes 1,861 residential apartments, 1,428 residential villas, 794 shops, and 48 offices.

Nyoum October features entertainment and service facilities, including the largest dancing fountain in Egypt, swimming pools, landscapes, a social club, and international schools.
