Arab Developers Holding launches a new phase in its integrated residential project, Nyoum Pyramids, in west Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
The new phase is named Skylar and includes housing units at various spaces and competitive prices, CEO of ADH Ayman Bin Khalifa comments.
Bin Khalifa says that the Nyoum Pyramids project is situated on 101,000 sqm and comprises 907 units, including 800 housing units with areas ranging from 32 to 330 sqm, and 107 commercial stores.
The project offers different services including a swimming pool, a social club, a health club, a boutique hotel, and a Street Mall, including cafes and shops inside, Bin Khalifa notes.
He reveals that the Nyoum Pyramids comprises an 80-room hotel, adding that the project’s construction rate amounted to 70%.
The Nyoum Pyramids compound is located near the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Sphinx Airport.
