Arab Developers Holding, a leading real estate development company, announces signing a partnership agreement with Midas Real Estate, Invest-Gate reports.
Midas, which is specialized in managing and operating commercial, entertainment, and service centers, will oversee the management of commercial units in the Nyoum October project. This partnership aims to provide the best services for customers and visitors and maximize the return on investment for buyers.
This comes as part of Arab Developers Holding’s strategy to deal with leading companies in its field to ensure the provision of distinctive services to customers, and in light of the management plan headed by Ayman Bin Khalifa, CEO of Arab Developers Holding, to increase its revenues from commercial activities and provide integrated services to residents, which contributes to enhancing their confidence in the real estate product.
Moreover, the partnership contract was signed at Arab Developers Holding’s headquarters in Heliopolis, Cairo, by Ayman Bin Khalifa, the CEO and Managing Director of Arab Developers Holding, and Wael Shawkat, CEO of Midas.
Under the partnership, Midas will be responsible for managing the commercial units, supervising finishing, and equipping the commercial units in Nyoum, in addition to the right to contract, operate, develop, manage, market, lease the commercial outlets, and the exclusive right to advertise and attract sponsors, thanks to its technical, operational, and professional capabilities.
Khalifa says, “The company has succeeded in achieving significant progress in the implementation rates of the residential part of Nyoum, delivering 609 units to customers, and at the same time, it is working on completing the operation of the various services in the project to provide everything that the project’s residents need, especially in the western Cairo area.
Shawkat says, “The commercial area of Nyoum is characterized by the availability of all commercial, entertainment, basic, and specialized services, in addition to restaurants, cafes, green areas, and other public facilities, with modern and comfortable designs to provide a distinguished shopping experience and maximum comfort for visitors.”
Arab Developers Holding Company has invested EGP 983 million over the past three years to develop the Nyoum October project, completing 73% of the project’s construction work. It achieved EGP 1.5 billion in sales last year.
