The Arab Developers Holding Company, one of the major real estate development companies, announces a partnership with Infinity, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in Egypt, to establish electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in all its projects, Invest-Gate reports.
This comes as part of the Arab Developers Holding’s strategy to build sustainable residential projects that rely on renewable energy sources to contribute to environmental preservation, reduce carbon emissions, and lower living costs for residents.
Also, the partnership is part of the Arab Developers Holding’s management plan to build customer trust through partnerships with major companies in the field, providing the best services to residents, and increasing Egypt’s share of real estate exports by meeting the needs of foreign customers who want to live in smart and eco-friendly projects.
According to the partnership agreement, Arab Developers Holding will provide suitable locations for establishing EV charging stations in its residential, commercial, and administrative projects, which include nine stations distributed in east and west Cairo, the Red Sea and the Mediterranean coasts.
However, the company will also provide a permanent source of electricity and the necessary technical and technological supplies and connections to operate the stations.
The partnership was signed at the headquarters of the Arab Developers Holding Company in Heliopolis, by Ayman bin Khalifa, CEO and Managing Director of the Arab Developers Holding Company, and Shams Abdel Ghaffar, Managing Director of Infinity E for Car Supply and Shipping, in the presence of Jamal Fathallah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Holding Developers Company.
Ayman Ben Khalifa, CEO and Managing Director of the Arab Developers Holding, says, “The company is one of the first real estate companies in Egypt to adopt the sustainable development goals of the United Nations and Egypt’s Vision 2030 in its various projects by providing smart infrastructure, using renewable energy in providing services to residents.”
He notes that Infinity will start constructing four stations to charge electric cars in their projects; Nyoum New Cairo, Pyramids, October, and Mostakbal City, and the company plans during the coming period to open new stations in Sia Lagoon on the North Coast, and Sia Island in Ain Sokhna.
