Arab Engineers for Real Estate Development launches the second phase of Paradise 1 and Paradise 2 projects, with EGP 250 mn targeted sales, Invest-Gate reports.
Ahmed Aboudaoud, chairman of Arab Engineers for Real Estate Development, says, “Both projects are commercial malls, located in a distinguished location in El Shorouk City, where all services are available. In addition, units are ready for immediate delivery to make it easier for the client.”
Aboudaoud assures that the mall is the only commercial center on the third main axis in El Shorouk City, which links it to the NAC, Suez, and Ismailia roads, as well as New Heliopolis City. Further, it overlooks the Sodic East project at the entrance to the region’s best villas compound.
Moreover, the mall is overlooking a major axis and is surrounded by the highest population density in the city. As it is located in the middle of future housing, cooperative housing, and youth housing, close proximity to Madinaty and New Heliopolis.
“The company contracts with Property Gate to manage the development, marketing, and sales of both projects, as well as redevelop them in marketing and sales,” Aboudaoud adds.
On his part, Ahmed Al-Ashry, chairman of Property Gate, states, “Paradise 1 and Paradise 2 are located on 9,000 sqm. Paradise 1 consists of four floors, while Paradise 2 consists of three floors, including 240 commercial shops.”
Al-Ashry indicates that the company has a plan to redevelop and market the project based on marketing studies for the project, the city, client needs, and the brands that will see demand in the city.
