Arab purchases of properties in Turkey plummeted by 61% year-on-year in November, totalling around 2,400 units, marking the lowest point in a year, Invest-Gate reports, citing data from the Turkish Statistical Institute.

Statistics indicated that the peak of Arab property purchases in Turkey was witnessed in December 2022, reaching a volume of 6,500 units over the past 12 months.
